While a study is in progress it can be privately viewed only by the owner of the study. As a study progresses, there may be a need to add people to the study or expose the study to collaborators while keeping the study private to the general public. It is possible to add individuals to private studies to support this flexibility as your study grows.
Accessing study permissions
After logging in, click on your user name in the upper right corner and select "My studies" to access your studies.
Click "Study settings" on the study you would like to update permissions. You can use the search bar to find the study you are trying to update.
Select "+ Share Study" to edit sharing.
Update user information and click "Save study". Please supply the email they are using in the portal (case sensitive). Select "View" if the user should only see the study; select"Edit" if the user should be able to see and change the study. Note, the added user will get automatically receive an email informing them they have been given access to the study. Also, if the user does not have a Terra account, they will receive an additional email asking them to complete their Terra registration.
