Trouble with duplicate barcodes in your expression matrix?

We've posted an R notebook that shows how to use a user-contributed script to prepend a string to the NAMEs in a matrix and propagate that name change to a conventional SCP metadata file and cluster files.

Note that an SCP study expects a single metadata file so you'll need to concatenate the metadata derived from each matrix with pre-pended names to form the single metadata file for your study.
