Pre-computed differential expression (DE)

If you have differential expression results, you can upload pre-computed differential expression results to your study. Expression results can be pairwise comparisons or "One vs rest" results. If you do not upload pre-computed differential expression results, SCP offers "exploratory differential analysis" for cell-type-like annotations using Scanpy. 

Study owner uploaded DE results are clearly labeled while SCP's exploratory DE results are tagged as 

To upload your pre-computed differential expression results, navigate to the “Differential Expression” section in the left-hand panel of the study's upload wizard. Differential expression upload is flexible and columns can generally be provided in any order. including both Scanpy and Seurat-calculated Differential Expression output formats.
