Selecting the data files to download
Hi,
Upon attempting to download files within particular formats (FASTQ, BAM, etc.) using the Bulk Download option, it only allows to select all files under a particular format. It won't be an issue unless there was no 512GB per day download limit on the portal. I cannot download any files since I cannot select part of the FASTQ files and would always hit the permissible limit upon trying to download all of them.
A possible workaround this problem would be really appreciated, or if there is a way to request increased daily download limits that could be great as well.

Thanks for writing in with this. It is possible to request a 1-day exemption for the download quota in order to export very large datasets. If you email the help desk (scp-support@broadinstitute.zendesk.com) and ask for a download quota exemption for your account, we can grant that. This will allow you to download the files you were unable to export in bulk. Note that this exemption will automatically expire at 12AM EST the next day, so if you do not download the files during that time, you will need to request a new one.
