Amazing dataset collection. Are there any particular open source license(s) associated with the publicly available datasets on this portal? I see the source code is licensed under BSD-3. Thanks!

  Thanks for your interest in SCP datasets. Public data in Single Cell Portal (SCP) can be downloaded through SCP's APIs or through the UI in accordance with the standard access available to all users. To control egress charges to the Data Sciences Platform, all data download is limited to a total of 0.5 TB per day per user. Data in SCP is not owned by SCP but contributed by the study owners or scientists who uploaded the data. Broad and SCP do not have the authority to convey commercial rights to the data.

  SCP's Terms of Service state:

  All data submitted to SCP under a public study, including any names and contact info provided with the data, will be made available for unrestricted public view, redistribution and reuse.

  If a study's data is released under an open source license, it is up to the study owner to list the license information in the study's description.
