How to upload data after study creation
After a study is created all files can be deleted or updated at any time, and new files can be added to the study.
Step 1. Log in to Single Cell Portal
Click "Login" in the upper right corner of the portal.
Step 2. Select your studies
Select "My Studies" in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3. Select the study to add or update data
Select "Upload/Edit Data" for the study of interest.
Step 4. Use the file wizard to add or remove files
In the file upload wizard, select the step for the file of interest and upload or remove files as needed. You can also click "Next" to progress the wizard to another file type.
