Customizing and publishing collections

Collections can be customized to reflect the style and iconography of the scientific group presenting the represented body of work. An external URL can be added to the "Help and Resources" dropdown to link the collection's landing page with an external site. 

The following elements of a Collection home page can be customized:

Collections are unpublished by default. The private label indicates that the collection is only visible to the study owner. Click on the Edit button, to customize your collection.

To make your collection accessible to all Portal visitors, publish your collection by clicking the "Publish Collection" checkbox and then "Update Collection". The appearance of the collection landing page can be customized by uploading images and/or changing the font and colors for the page.
