Add study to collection

To add a study to a collection, a collection curator must either be the study owner or have been granted "edit" permission to access the study, and follow steps described below.

1. From the user menu in the upper right hand corner, select "My Studies".

2. Click "Edit Study" for the study you wish to add. You will only have access to "Edit Study" if you have "edit" permissions for the study. If a study is listed in "My studies" but does not have an "Edit Study" option, you may only have "view" access and need to be granted "edit" access by a study editor or owner before the study can be added to your collection.

3. If you are a Collection curator, the collections available to you will be shown in an "Add to collection" dropdown. Select the collection for study addition. If adding to more than one collection, Control-click (Windows) or Command-click (Mac) each collection. Click "Save Study" to add the study to your collection(s).
